Manage emotions. But not with food.

A big part of over-eating is the use of food to comfort ‘negative’ emotions such as fear, anger and anxiety.

Next time you’re facing one of these emotions, instead of grabbing food, face the emotion and its cause head on.

Food is not a way to by-pass emotions, but for nourishing the body.
