Eat fast food, but eat healthy

Common excuses abound for not eating clean:

  1. Being too busy – it’s easier to eat fast food
  2. Just not convenient
  3. Not enough selection
  4. I want to eat something that fills me up. I want to eat more than just leaves and twigs
  5. It’s more expensive

In this blog I review seven restaurants where you can eat fast and you can eat healthy. With these London outlets, excuses 1-4 above have no merit. On excuse 5: yes it can be more expensive, but it’s worth it to feel good. Putting food in your mouth is a pretty damn intimate thing to be doing with your body. It’s worth paying extra to get good nutritious food from trusted sources.
